\u2022 Office organization:<\/strong> Independent organization and management of the secretariat and file management (digital and analog) at the M\u00fcnster location.
\u2022 foreclosure<\/strong>Independent processing and execution of enforcement measures (including the preparation of attachment and transfer orders, client support in enforcement proceedings).
\u2022 correspondence<\/strong>Professional correspondence with clients, courts, bailiffs and authorities \u2013 both from dictation and independently.
\u2022 Deadline recording<\/strong>Reliable monitoring and recording of deadlines, appointments and resubmissions.
\u2022 Invoice<\/strong>Preparation of cost invoices according to the RVG (German Lawyers' Fees Act) as well as time-based fee invoices.
\u2022 Document management<\/strong>Preparation of legal documents, contracts, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You bring the following with you:<\/em><\/strong>
\u2022 qualification<\/strong>: A successfully completed apprenticeship as a legal assistant (m\/f\/d) or a comparable legal qualification.
\u2022 Experience<\/strong>Relevant professional experience in a law firm and sound knowledge of fee and enforcement law (RVG\/ZPO) are desirable. Motivated individuals returning to the profession are also very welcome.
\u2022 software<\/strong>: Confident handling of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)).
\u2022 Language<\/strong>Excellent German skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are a clear plus in an internationally operating commercial law firm.
\u2022 personality<\/strong>: A structured, reliable way of working as well as a friendly, obliging and professional demeanor towards clients and colleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
