Fritz & Mark Legal is a specialized commercial law firm with offices in Hamburg and Münster. We advise national and international clients – including companies from the tech, media, and industrial sectors, as well as clients from Asia – on complex legal and business issues.
Our consulting focus areas include IT law, artificial intelligence, trademark law, data protection law, design and registered design law, commercial law, product liability, corporate law, copyright and publishing law, competition law, and employment law. With our China Desk, we possess particular expertise in German-Chinese legal relations.

We are looking to expand our team as soon as possible – as a newcomer to the profession or an experienced lawyer (m/f/d) with very good German and English skills.
Your tasks
Depending on your area of expertise and level of experience, you will:
– Advising and representing national and international clients in your field of expertise
– Independent management and development of mandates
– Drafting and reviewing contracts, expert opinions and legal documents
– Support in negotiations, arbitration proceedings and legal disputes
– Participation in cross-border and complex projects
– Professional exchange within the team and support in acquiring new clients
Your profile
– Two state law exams with at least a satisfactory/convincing grade
– Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
– Analytical thinking skills and a structured work approach
– Teamwork skills, initiative and client focus
– Interest in national and international legal issues
– Relevant professional experience in at least one of our key areas of activity
– Negotiation-proof communication with clients and authorities
